This bench covers the basics with adjustable positions for incline, decline, and flat pressing. The steel frame feels sturdy, though the leather padding is on the thinner side. I appreciate that it folds up for storage, but at 11 kg (24 lbs), it's not the lightest to move. The maximum user weight of 160 kg (352 lbs) is generous. Assembly was trouble-free as advertised.
